Similarly, we often provide live-in care when our client needs temporary support through a period of convalescence or recuperation when returning from hospital. We will visit you at home to discuss your needs prior to placing a one of our caregivers with you. A prospective client needs assessment and a care plan created, through consultation with each client, to ensure we gather accurate information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.
It is important to us that you feel totally comfortable with your caregivers, both personally and professionally. Delivering a consistently high quality service is our priority and we ensure our high standards are upheld by ongoing monitoring of their performance throughout their employment.
