Similarly, we often provide Live-in care when our client needs temporary support through a period of convalescence or recuperation when returning from hospital. We will visit you at home to discuss your needs prior to placing a Care Worker with you. A Service User Needs Assessment and Care Plan is carried out, through consultation with each client, to ensurewe gather accurate information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.
